Riviera Utilities provides electric service to over 55,000 meters in Baldwin County. In 2020, Hurricane Sally took out every single one of them. We learned a lot during that storm, with a strong focused placed on customer communication.
Storm Central provides immediate access to storm related information our customers can actually use. Posting continuously as things progress assure customers are updated in real time with the most accurate information possible. We also included safety tips and answered frequently asked questions that customers can access at their conveneince.
