  3. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

Riviera Utilities to partner with Eastern Shore ACE Hardware for Hurricane Preparedness Event

Hurricane Season is upon us again, and we want to ensure our customers have the resources and knowledge they need before storms pass through.

Riviera Utilities and Eastern Shore Ace Daphne are partnering for Hurricane Preparedness Month. On May 29th from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m., we'll be grilling out restocking emergency kits, and learning how to secure one's home and protect our families. Please join us at ACE's location on 10058 Belgrove Avenue, in Daphne, Alabama.

WKRG's News 5 Team will be present programming NOAA weather radios and capturing all the fun.
