As of today (9/23) at 9PM, we have restored power to 43,000 customers affected by Hurricane Sally. We still have roughly 8,000 meters without power. This outage number also includes residents that can’t receive service due to damage to their home. Our commitment to getting the lights back on as safely and as quickly as possible until the last customer is restored will not waver. For those who remain out of service, we ask for your continued understanding. This is an immense, time-consuming, labor-intensive effort.
