We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

Hurricane Sally 2020


Riviera Utilities is monitoring and preparing for the potential impact of Hurricane Sally. All utility employees are fully prepared, secured, and on standby.


"We are currently monitoring the activities of Hurricane Sally," said Public Affairs manager Miles McDaniel. "We are working very closely with our state and local partners, as well as the National Weather Service and the National Hurricane Center, who have been providing us with updated hurricane models and forecasts around the clock. We are in constant communications with our emergency operations partners and are fully prepared to activate all utility departments when necessary. In the meantime, we will continue to promote and stress the importance of preparedness for Baldwin County citizens."
