Hiring Policy
Applications may be completed on site at one of our two locations, printed from the Riviera Utilities website and mailed to Human Resources at the main office in Foley, or submitted electronically by pressing the SUBMIT button at the end of the application.
Riviera Utilities will not be responsible for lost or late application submissions. Resumes are not necessary but will be accepted when submitted with a completed application form. Applications are good for one hundred and eighty (180) days.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by phone. After the interviews are completed, the successful candidate will be contacted and offered the position. Human Resources will also notify the unsuccessful candidates they were not selected for the position and thank them for their interest in becoming an employee of Riviera Utilities.
Once a successful candidate has accepted the position, Human Resources will perform a background check and schedule a pre-employment physical and drug screen. A hiring determination will be made after the evaluation is complete.
